Physical Demand Analysis (PDA)

Our Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) is performed to assess the essential duties of a task.Queekhire’s PDAs are comprehensive and very detailed. They present valid assessment of the tasks in a format recognizable by the Alberta WCB. They tailored to satisfy the needs of our clients (manufacturing, construction, logistics, retail and healthcare work environment). These assessments can be used:

  • By healthcare professionals during incident reporting to determine the likelihood of work related injury. This is often required by Compensation Boards when an injury occurs.
  • For employee evaluation, job matching
  • To assist in rehabilitation of injured workers  and return to work planning
